Why Can’t I Check the Status of My Order or Log In To My Account?

Answer: Customers that decide not to set up an account during the checkout procedure are unable to check the status of an order or log in to an account, this facility is only available to customers that have elected to create an account at the time of checkout.
 

Why Have I Not Received a Reply to My email?

Answer: In some cases emails sent by More4Lingerie get filtered out by email clients as TRASH or SPAM and are not automatically visible, this very often leads the customer to believe that their questions have not been answered.

What Does My Order Status Mean?

Answer: We have the following order statuses:

Awaiting Payment: You have purchased through our checkout and have paid with one of our secure payment providers, we are awaiting confirmation from our payment provider that the transaction is successful.

Payment Processed: Your payment has been triggered as successful with our payment providers. We are now processing your order.

Shipped: Your order has been processed and the item(s) have been dispatched. Please note some products with different lead times may be processed and dispatched individually and therefore will arrive separately.

You may also receive the following notifications:

Cancelled: We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason at our discretion. We will notify you of any such cancellation.

Refund: Your order has been refunded, this may be in conjunction with a refund or order cancellation.
 

Why Has My Payment Been Rejected?

Answer: With the ever-increasing problem of credit card fraud and identity theft, More4Lingerie uses World Pay as a secure payment method and they will perform several checks on the payment details you enter prior to approving the payment. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience, however the security of our customers is a priority.

When you enter your credit/debit card details, please be sure to fill out ALL of the required fields. Common causes for payment failure include: incorrect card number or type, incorrect expiry date, incorrect start date, incorrect security code. If all of these have been entered correctly and payment is still not accepted, it is possible that the billing address entered on your order is not the same as the address to where the credit/debit card is registered, in this instance, please edit the billing address and resubmit payment information.

How Quickly Can I Expect To Receive My Order?

Answer: Here at More4Lingerie, all stock values and delivery times are shown on the item being purchased. We aim to send all orders out within 24hr (stock levels permitting), except for orders taken over the weekend or outside of office hours, where they will be processed on the following working day.

Deliveries usually take 2 - 5 working days in the United Kingdom.

Please allow 28 days before contacting us regarding non delivery of your order.

Out of stock items are included with our weekly manufacturer orders which are placed every Tuesday. These orders are processed and delivered to More4Lingerie within 7-14 working days, at which point they are dispatched from us to the customer.
